The warm pool and cozy lounge area created a relaxing atmosphere.

Cleanliness was a major concern-there were issues with dirty carpets and inconsistent hot water.

The coffee/food/drink bar was exceptional. I really enjoyed the patio with the fire pit. Lounge are was very nice too.

A little noisy outside with the highway so close but nothing can be done about that.

I had to switch rooms because the bed looked unmade and the mattress was sunken in = but the mattress in the second room was not better. This will be last time I stay at a Courtyard by Marriott I expected better and paid more money to get a poor nite rest.

Front desk staff handled my issue quickly.

I could bring my two small maltese dogs and not charged extra. They had Starbucks coffee.

No complimentary breakfast.

The hotel was easy to find, though nearly hidden from the west-bound traveler. The beds were the finest quality, as was the room in general. The bath, shower and tub, were superb.

I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the stay. With such a price it would appear even a complimentary continental breakfast would be supplied.

Our family had a blast enjoying the nearby bowling alley. The kids loved the cozy atmosphere in our spacious room, giving us enough room to relax together. Perfect for traveling with grandchildren.

In my wife's opinion, they should add more options for family meals at the hotel.

Came in Jackson to relax and have fun, this party hotel was great base for doing it. There was good food, the staff was helpful. We loved staying 2 nights here❤

The setting was very strange.

Newer facility and quiet.

Stains in the carpet. My wife was able to get most up with a towel, soap, and water. A little attention to details go a long way.

Comfortable Stay with Great Atmosphere

I enjoyed my night here with my family. The room offered modern design and comfort, a great change from typical hotels! The friendly staff made check-in smooth and easy. Don't miss the nearby dining options-especially the local bars for a casual bite!

The design and comfort of my room. The location of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and made me feel as if they new who I was when I came by the desk or called the desk. Very professional and courteous.

Everything was great.

One of the best rooms i have stay at over the last 15 years. Modern spacious. My daughter like the radio that had and ipod dock built into it. She forgot her charger and then i showed her the radio. Very clean.

I stayed one night and loved the room's comfort, especially the cozy bedding. The bistro food was surprisingly delicious, making me wish I had more time. Just wished for better Wi-Fi connections.
